We support 7 days return and refund or exchange for normal customers, and 15 days return and refund or exchange for VIP customers. If you have any problems, you can consult our customer service, who will solve any problems for you in detail. 


1. Return and Refund


If you need a return, please read the terms.
Before returning the products, please contact customer service first.


Return for Full Refund


If you want a full refund, please make sure the hair haven't been processed by you and keep in good condition as you received it.
Please contact our service for return labels. 

Unable to return

If the hair has been washed, cut, bleached, dyed, ironed, or the lace has been cut,then the hair is unable to return, please understand.

About the shipping fee:


If there is no quality problem with the product, you need to pay the postage. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refund Cycle

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

The package is returned by USPS. Please contact the customer service for the address.


2. Exchange:


If the hair or the lace part haven't been washed, cut, bleached, dyed, ironed or do any other process, you can contact our service to do the exchange.
If the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). we will cover the shipping fee for exchange the hair,
if the reason for exchange is for dislike/change style/change color or other reason which is not by our side, buyer need to pay for the shipping fee for return the package and new shipment.
