When will the hair be shipped out?
Our standard processing time is between 1-5 business days. The shipping time usually needs about 3-7 business days if everything goes well in the shipping way. We will try our best to ship your package out, please don’t worry
145Is the hair pre-plucked?
Our wigs are pre-plucked, but we don't do much on them, some customers think it's enough, and some customers will do some extra pluck after receiving it. We suggest that you can see if it's enough for you after you receive it.

Our hair is human hair, it can be colored in a professional way. Please be careful and professional when you do that, if you have no way to make sure to do that well, we suggest you can find the hairstylist to help you
